I wanted to provide a brief follow up with the Gasoline Contamination Claim for the Lake Bluff Marathon station.  The station owner has been notified by Marathon of the individuals who have purchased fuel with water.  They are in the process of filing a claim with their insurance company.  Due to the processing of paperwork and turnover to the insurance company it may take an additional 3 - 4 weeks to receive the resolution.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.
